||NSSA Inland Championships at Draycote
||Draycote, Oxfordshire. As usual we will be camping. We leave on Friday afternoon and return Sunday evening. We can only take limited numbers. Please speak to John or Adrian if you wish to book early.

||RYA Push the Boat Out Event
||National sailing promotion week. Open event with MBC to get more people sailing with the club. Keel boats and dinghies to be offered. More details to follow but volunteers needed to support this and a number of weekend events.

||Half Term sailing
||3 days of sailing, details to be arranged.
||RNLI Yealm Passage Race
||RNLI River Yealm Passage Race Sat 9th June
Sail from Jennycliff bay to Newton Ferres, then sail back in the evening usually late. Double-handed boats only. Members need to enter themselves on the YYC web site, if they wish to go, before the day of the race. This is always a great event to take part in. PYS will be running the safety as usual.
|16th & 17th June
PYS Summer Regatta
|The PPSA regatta with a focus on Youth Sailing. This event is open to young people from other clubs as well as ours. We are hoping to combine our event with the PPSA this year and are looking at a possible turn out of over 30 boats. Dinghies available from the club.
A number of volunteers will also be required to support our young people and safety cover .
|22nd to 24th June
||D- Zero Class National Championships
Topper South West Area Championships
|PYS are the host club and will be running the whole of both events. There are likely to be up to 80 boats We will need Beach Masters, Committee Boat crew, Mark Layers and 14 safety boat crew. Please put this date in your diary as we will need lots of help.

|Eddystone Charity pursuit event
||This is a yacht pursuit event. The aim is to raise money for the club. There is a prize fund that if we sail well or raise a lot of sponsorship adds to our money raised. We are looking for people with boats to sail for us. Check the web www.eddystonepursuit.com
||Armed Forces Weekend
||Experienced Safety Boat operators support will be required on the day.

||Laser National Championships
||PYS are very proud to be the host club for this Major Olympic class and will be running the whole event. There could be in excess of 150 entries from across the UK and abroad. It will be a significant challenge for us and we will need Beach Masters, shore helpers, Committee Boat crew, Mark Layers and more than 20 safety boat crew. Please put this date in your diary as we will need lots of help.

||Summer Holiday Sailing
||We will be running a number of activity days throughout the hols
We are hoping to run a camping residential during the summer hols so please keep an eye out for further details.
